Session length varies by dose — plan for 1.5 to 3+ hours for higher doses, so bring something to do and get comfortable. Your nurse will pace the drip appropriately and check in throughout. NAD+ is administered slowly to minimize any discomfort during infusion.

If you’ve been curious about IV therapy but aren’t sure which drip to start with, the Myers Cocktail is the one most clinicians point to first. It works. It’s well-studied. And it gives you a clear sense of how IV therapy affects your body before you move to more specialized formulas.

Standard Hydration ~ 1 HR

Sessions run about 60 minutes. Your nurse places the IV, checks in while the drip runs, and removes it when the bag is done. You sit back, relax, and leave feeling like yourself again.
