Booking Policy
*** Booking Deposit ***
We will now require a $25 book deposit to secure all appointments.
*** GFE Requirements ***
ALL clients will be required to complete a good faith exam (GFE) prior to their first appointment. Same day GFEs will be charged $30. This exam is good for 1 year. GFE fee will be waived for appointments made 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy
*** Single Sessions ***
1. You can book as soon as you want, same day appointments are subject to staff availability, please call or text for more information!
2. If service is canceled at the time of appointment the client is subject to pay $50 cancellation fee.
3. Client must notify ReNu Infusions of a change in service at least 2 hours before appointment (i.e. client wants to change drip or location)
*** Group Sessions***
1. We Need 1 week in advance cancellation minimum.
2. Booking large parties and last-minute bookings are SUBJECT TO AVAILABLE INVENTORY.
3. Same-day group cancellation will have a $25 per person charge.
4. If canceled at the time of the event, there is a $50 per person charge.
